Yesterday (Friday, 10/23/15), Brookfield Place hosted a concert of sixty dances, sixty seconds each for sixty minutes straight, with performances at 12:30p and 8:00p. It was aptly named "60x60 Dance," and in its strictly monitored time it showcased a cross-section of the New York dance scene.
Thirty-one minutes in came my little slice of movement, Steady On Through the Cold Dark Morning, performed to composer Brad Decker's Lo Siento and danced by Sarah Esser and myself. Official show footage and photography are forthcoming!
