Labyrinth No. 9 is an interactive public art installation made for the people of Jersey City by local artist Katelyn Halpern, and sponsored by the Exchange Place Alliance. The installation team is Nerissa Tutiven (lead assistant), Hiyasmine Gaskins, Charlotte Marino, and Elias Ramos. Councilwoman Joyce Watterman will join the festivities.
